Graduated with a Degree in Psychology from NUIG and a postgraduate MSc in Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience. 

Trained in CBT at Queens University Belfast for PG Certificate and the BABCP accredited Diploma. I am accredited by  BABCP.

20 years experience working in the field of Mental Health both in the UK and Ireland.

Regularly supervised by peers, in line with the codes of conduct which govern my practice.

Currently employed part time by St Patrick's Mental Health Services, Ireland's largest, independent, not-for-profit mental health service. 

Special interest in Trauma

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the client drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques. I am trained in Compassion Focused Therapy, EFT and Chairwork and integrate these into treatment as indicated.
